We chose to launch on Client's Day because no other date could better reflect our core purpose. As one of the very first fintechs established in Brazil, driven by innovation and a customer-centric mindset, we leveraged cutting-edge technology to bring operational efficiency to thousands of points of sale.

In less than a year, we expanded our horizons and secured an investment deal with Arpex Capital (now Stone Co.).
Listed on the NASDAQ, Stone Co. grew to become one of the largest retail technology groups in Latin America, and Cappta was a proud part of that journey.
After a decade of deep synergy with the group's companies, we completed a successful corporate spinoff in 2023 to pursue an independent path—entering the market as a fully standalone, multi-acquirer fintech platform.
In less than a year, we expanded our horizons and secured an investment deal with Arpex Capital (now Stone Co.).

With over 12,000 active deployments, we solidified our footprint as a technology powerhouse, developing our own core payment gateway logic and successfully processing our first transaction on proprietary servers.
Our merchant portal quickly became an industry standard, attracting numerous business partners eager to distribute our services.

To bring our technology closer to other Stone Co. group companies, we relocated our headquarters to Vila Olímpia—the heart of technological innovation in São Paulo.
Following the move, we tripled our engineering team, rebranded our visual identity, and aligned our values around a corporate culture built on intelligence, integrity, and high energy.
Validation that we were on the right track came quickly: that same year, we won the prestigious 1st AFRAC Excellence Award in the Payments category.

This infrastructure allowed us to introduce smart installment solutions to the market—such as Parcele Já Boletos and Parcele Já Vendas—alongside a micro-franchise initiative that empowered and enabled hundreds of entrepreneurs to break into the Brazilian payments industry.
